32 Diaverum Spain dialysis centers have been accredited by the IDIS Foundation in the XI Call for Recognition QH 2024, which took place in Madrid on November 12, 2024.

Diaverum Spain, as a sign of its continuous commitment to offer care under the highest standards of quality care to patients, has managed this year to certify 32 of its dialysis centers with the QH Recognition of the IDIS Foundation: 23 of them with the QH Seal and 9 of them with the QH Seal*. A distinction that aims to reward and value the quality of care and efficiency in the health sector, in addition to recognizing those public and private institutions that offer accessible and safe care that meets the expectations and needs of patients.

In this 11th edition, 179 applications from different public and private institutions in the healthcare sector were evaluated: 75 to achieve recognition for the first time, 26 to improve their category and 78 to renew the seal they achieved in the last edition.

For Diaverum, continuous improvement is a fundamental pillar of the work philosophy. Therefore, the company is always focused on continuously evaluating and improving all its processes and services, using quality management tools such as internal and external audits, data analysis, benchmarking and quality of life and patient care perception surveys to identify areas for improvement and develop specific action plans. This commitment to continuous improvement translates directly into higher quality of care for all patients. By optimizing processes and adopting best practices, it is possible to offer safer, more effective and personalized treatments.

José María Ordóñez, Country Manager of Diaverum Spain, commented: “For Diaverum it is an honor to receive this QH Recognition from IDIS and it is a reward for the company's commitment and our commitment to excellence in healthcare. All of this is thanks to our human team working in our clinics and their effort to provide care under the highest quality standards to patients”.

Jonathan Porras, Quality Director of Diaverum Spain, was in charge of collecting these awards on behalf of the company: “Receiving these awards motivates us to continue working and to remain at the forefront of innovation and quality in the healthcare sector”.
